Welcome to Darmorr Goldens Academy!
Darmorr Goldens Academy formed from my love of training my goldens. When we got our Remi 5 years ago I began training in AKC Obedience, Rally, Tracking, Hunt, Scent work, Canine Good Citizen, Therapy Dog, and Barn Hunt. We actively participate in AKC Sports.
I am an AKC Farm Dog Judge. I am also an evaluator for S.T.A.R. Puppy, Canine Good Citizen , Trick Dog, Virtual Home Manners, and AKC Temperament Testing.
Darmorr Goldens hold over 96 AKC Titles and AKC recognitions.

Beginning Puppy Obedience

6:30 pm-7:15 pm
Our Beginning Puppy Classes focus around the basic skills needed by every puppy. Puppies will learn basic handling, grooming, sit, down, come, leash walking, settles , socialization, and other skills needed. At the end of this class puppies will have the needed skills to test for the AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Title if they wish.

Basic Obedience

Our basic Obedience Classes focuses on leash walking, sit, down, come, stays, reactions to distractions, yes/no concepts, go to place, demonstrates relationship with owner, and other basic dog handling skills. At the end of this class students should be ready to test for the AKC CGC if they wish.
